U.S., Egypt talk about military, security, anti-terrorism collaboration

(MENAFN) On Monday, Feb. 22 Egyptian leader Abdel-Fattah al-Sisi and visiting Commander of U.S. Central Command Kenneth McKenzie talked about methods to reinforce collaboration in the military, security and anti-terror topics.

The presidential spokesperson Bassam Rady stated in a report that in a meeting in the Egyptian capital, Cairo, Sisi and McKenzie also talked about joint military exercise programs and the swap of experience.

They shared visions on the most recent advances of a number of regional matters, particularly in the Middle East, the Horn of Africa and the Eastern Mediterranean.

Sisi and McKenzie accepted to resume regular consultations and organizing between the two states on these matters of shared worries, stated the spokesperson.
